MCP Streamable HTTP endpoint: https://mcp.amazingcat.net/mcp. Use Bearer on a server, OAuth PKCE for browser authorization. Retain Mcp-Session-Id and negotiated MCP-Protocol-Version; accept JSON and SSE. Free currently allows 200 charged requests per rolling minute and 5000 per UTC day; legacy static keys may have 20/500. Check your key's actual quota. tools/call quota refusals can be HTTP 200 with Retry-After and isError:false. Never interpret them as search results.
Check inner errors, partial-result flags and law revision warnings. Recognized participant names are masked; judges may remain visible. Use the published tool names and inputSchema.
